Research Interests

  • Nonlinear waves and solitons, with applications in various physical contexts, including nonlinear optics (optical fibres, waveguides, waveguide arrays, photonic lattices), atomic Bose-Einstein condensates (BECs), electromagnetic waves (in  nonlinear metamaterials, complex media, plasmas), and others.
